The caravan-style format PKL will shift to Pune from Thursday 11th February, 2016. Pune franchisee of Star Sports Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), Puneri Paltan signed significant players from previous season and has built itself as a strong opponent all geared up for season 3. The team has strategically added new enthusiastic talented players with a mix of top raiders and defendants.

Commenting on the occasion, Kailash Kandpal, Team Manager Puneri Paltan said, "The unstinted support of the loyal fans is overwhelming and everyone in the team is looking forward to treat Punekars to some exciting power packed Kabaddi action. We hope that fans in and around Pune will come out in full strength to support us for these matches. We're equally excited about continuing our partnership with Kyazoonga who ensure that all fans get easy access to these games with world class ticketing services. Our partnership saw capacity crowds enjoying the matches last season and we expect this season to be no different"
