Punjabi cine star Preeti Sapru distributes essential material to needy in Jammu
Actress and political personality Preeti Sapru has pledged her full support to needy, destitute and poor families belonging to J&K by reaching out to these families and distributing essential material at various places in Jammu for the past two days.
Preeti Sapru supported by her friends distributed material like cycles, ceiling fans, ladies suits, sewing machines, blankets and other essential material at Bajrala Satwari, DBN School, Panjtirthi Ward No 1 and Deep Nagar besides visiting TRT Kashmiri Migrant Quarters at Muthi to connect to her Kashmiri Pandit roots and offer all help to the needy.

Preeti Sapru has pledged more support and required help to these families through whatever way she can and asked them to come up with more collective suggestions of how she can help the society and the needy in a collective manner.

While distributing the essential material at various places to needy and the poor families she said that she would continue to come to Jammu and help them saying those who suffer due to any calamity or poverty must be helped by the grateful nation.

She asked the migrants to suggest how government of India could help them and sought suggestions and schemes through which they can be helped adding she would talk to the ministers and BJP top brass regarding their plight and also seek some specific schemes for their upliftment.

Preeti also asked the younger generation of the Pandit community to work hard and compete at national and international levels adding she was there for any help needed by them at anytime and stressed for the need to forge unity between Kashmiri Pandit and Dogras of Jammu to present a united front against the onslaught of separatist forces.

Preeti Saproo was accompanied by Vinod Pandit Chairman APMCC, Advocate Poornima Sharma, President BJP Mahila Morcha, Sameeta Gupta, Sush Pal Singh, Senior Journalist and National Spokesperson APMCC King C Bharati, Usha Nakhasi, Vinod Tickoo and Arun Ambardar of APMCC at Muthi quarters.
