Music maestro and Oscar winner A R Rahman(Slumdog Millionaire) has designed colouring books to 'spread the message of peace'. Rahman, who has reportedly recorded sales of over 300 million, was called 'Mozart of Madras' by Time magazine.
OSCAR WINNER musician A R Rahman (Slumdog Millionaire) has designed colouring books to ‘spread the message of peace’. Available for Rs 99 each on his website, the four such ‘Pray For Me Brother’ colouring books include ‘Festival of Love’, ‘Patience’, ‘Red Nosed Reindeer’ and these carry Rahman’s picture on the bottom left of the cover.
Kamini Mathai has also come up with Rahman’s biography titled ‘A R Rahman—The Musical Storm’ published by Penguin Group recently, which is also available at the website for Rs 499.
Indo-American statesman Rajan Zed, in a statement in Nevada, United States of America, applauded multi-talented (music director, programmer, music teacher, composer, singer, record producer, arranger, instrumentalist and now designer) Rahman for creating respect and adoration for Indian film music worldwide.
