Rahul Gandhi must reveal exclusive info on personal corruption by PM Modi!
It refers to Parliamentarian Rahul Gandhi claiming that he is in possession of information about 'personal' corruption-charges against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Such claims by a prominent leader of India's largest opposition party, Congress, are serious enough and the Supreme Court should take suo-motu cognizance of it. It is noteworthy that these words are said out of Parliamentary proceedings, and as such do not enjoy any immunity from law.

It becomes necessary also because corruption charges of personal nature against the Prime Minister of India adversely affect country's image at international level. Since the Lok Sabha speaker has not been able to conduct proceedings of the House smoothly especially after demonetisation, the Supreme Court can only direct Rahul Gandhi to give complete details about all the available information of corruption charges of 'personal' nature against the Prime Minister.

It is significant that none of the leaders of other opposition parties accompanying Rahul Gandhi in the press conference uttered even a single word when the Congress Vice-President corrected himself that all of them had such information against the Prime Minister.

Even the Prime Minister or his ruling party can file defamation case against the Congress Vice-President if they are confident that claims made by Rahul Gandhi are baseless.

Time has also come that the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha (and also state-assemblies) may be elected by secret and compulsory vote of all members so that they may be practically more capable of ensuring smooth functioning of respective legislative bodies.
