Rahul Mahajan, not a hero but a manipulator!
Rahul won hearts when he opted for voluntary exit from Bigg Boss, safeguarding the interests of other three contestants. Probably he did deserve the 'Bade Dil Wala' title but how can one be sure that it was only compassion without any self motive?
RAHUL MAHAJAN, the cute, funny, sacrificing and benevolent human being has been judged as the ‘Bade Dil Wala’ of the Bigg Boss house. He won the hearts of many when he opted for voluntary exit from the show safeguarding the interests of the other three contestants and taking the entire blame for the breakout from the house. Probably, he did deserve the title in this case, but how can one be sure that it was an act of compassion without being driven by any self motive?

Yes, he willingly rejected a sure shot chance at Rs 1 crore. He knew very well that he was the most popular of all the contestants and hence, his probability of winning the game show was very high. So his opting out of the game came across as an enduring act to the people. Moreover, he gained respect of millions by asking the public to vote for the poor, dhabewaala, Ashutosh.

But was the motive of Rahul Mahajan, son of Pramod Mahajan (the wealthy, late politician, who left him a fortune with which he could lead a luxurious and comfortable life without any struggle) to win Rs 1 crore? Rahul Mahajan is undoubtedly entitled to several crores from the fortune his family has. Money cannot matter to an already extremely rich person!

Rahul’s main motive was to clear up his absolutely crappy public image. After the death of his father he became very unpopular when he was reportedly found involved in a drugs abuse case. He was charged under section 21 (sale and purchase of drugs), 25 (allowing one’s premises for the use of drugs), 27 (consumption of drugs), and 29 (conspiracy and abetment) of the NDPS Act. Section 21 can land him in jail for a minimum of 10 years. Apart from this he had an image of a ‘wife beater’. His former wife, Shweta Singh Mahajan on the show ‘Zindagi Live’ admitted that he was not the kind of person he was portraying himself to the public.

He was on a show, and he had to create a liking for himself in the hearts of the audience. That was probably his motive behind being the ‘cute, friendly, calm and tolerant’ person he was. He knew well, that one mistake and he would have to face the repercussions for his entire life. ‘Bigg Boss’ gave him the perfect chance to salvage his public image that he had absolutely destroyed in the past two years. And he did do that very well by supposedly sacrificing the money and the title and urging people to vote for the poor lad, Ashutosh!

How can one ignore his alleged affairs with Payal Rohatgi and Monica Bedi? He was supposed to be in a relationship with Payal first, but then he got intimate and close with Monica Bedi, ignoring Payal. Later, when Monica was evicted, he gave leg and body massages to Payal, which were absolutely cheap! And the when Monica came back, he declared his undying love for her, even though Monica insisted on getting to know each other better first. But after the show, he completely denied being in love with her and said that they were just ‘friends’. Monica made a complete fool of herself for trusting him! Besides, participants of the show themselves, pointed out that he was a master manipulator. Diana Hayden said that behind his silly and funny habits, his motive was to influence others. Once out of the house, Sambhavana said that “he knew the game well. He was not what he was presenting before the audience”. Debojit also felt disappointed when he came to know about his two-faced nature.

A wife-beater and a manipulator, how can one really empathise with him when he deliberately opted out to gain sympathy of the masses?

I have every reason to believe that it was a calculated move on his part -- to glorify himself as a great human being. Money he did not need, but he was in a desperate need of fostering a positive impression in the minds and hearts of people. A great manipulator, indeed, who got what he wanted in the end and emerged as the true winner. Ha!

.Hi, I perfectly agree with all those stories posted above, however i strongly deny the fact that he is a manipulator, Forget the fact that Rahul Mahajan is the son of wealthy pramod Mahajan, it shouldn't be one criteria to declare Rahul as a manipulator. Rahul Mahajan's story was much heard after his father's death, after than he was involved in teh drugs, wife beating, divorce, I strongly condemn that, however I also feel that he has never commited a big crime which makes posts him a "bad guy" image, after all the life sentence in India is 14 years, I think Rahul has now learnt his lesson from life, the biggest loss to is his father. so let us give him a chance and try to find out what is his real caliber is. Big Boss II the perfect winner supposed to be Rahul, he is a really a bade dil wala, Rahul was in his all time best characters in the show, (if you could imagine he fought with big boss for the betterment of his housemates there). the few behaviours of his with monica and payal is just another time pass, he knew clearly what is he upto.. Let us give him a chance and support him on his journey to show to the people "his real good face". Rahul if you are able to see this message, just keep in mind that there are few people out who supported you in big boss 2 want to see you gain the real good image. all the best..
.thank you JAYA am afraid how many such politicians (drugg pedelleers)exists in the system
.All the participants who came to this show had personal gains in mind. Dont you think all politians are manupulators too. You dont say anything about Sanjay Nirupam because he lost. People always envy who win....This i called carp indian mentality.

well, if u cannot distinguish between bad n good, iz ur problem. if ur unable to analize and go beyond what one wants to show and what he presents, without looking at the motive, i'd say you are an illogical person! besides others (except Raja) weren't wife beaters and they were good human beings. so get over your silly rationalisation of Rahul Mahajan. we wanted to see the real person, not some fake-so. if ur in love wid d idea of a wife beater or a drug addict, itz ur point of view n choice. n in reality he is a wife beater and a drug addict. Get over it!
.no matter how best he tried to fool public, drug addiction made him to run out of house. people are lucky as he was a failed prospective politician by BJP

exactly! in an interview he said that he might look forward to a future in politics. i'm relieved that BJP would not make him a part of their party until the drug case is solved.
.yes really....actually according to me the entire thing was preplanned scripted nothing was natural
.right. he was fake and pretentious. a guy who is involved in home violence cannot be a gentleman
.i agree with u jaya.rahul was just posing himself.during his entire stay in th show he was only tryin to clear the air about him
