RANDY MOSS, one of the most respected NFL players, has decided to call it a day and hang his boots. The player who made his debut for the Minnesota Vikings in 1998 is also going to be a hall of famer in the future. He initially had a dream to play for the Dallas Cowboys, as he was a Cowboy fan since he was a child.
It was in his first year at Minnesota Vikings that he began to grab headlines in newspapers for his fantastic display on the field. He even broke the record for the number of touchdowns by a rookie, as he came into the fray with his 17 touchdowns. He stands second as far as the all-time touchdown record is concerned with 153 touchdowns till date.
After a spell of seven golden years with Minnesota Vikings, he signed for another team, Oakland Raiders in 2005.
The 34-year-old player is still considered to be one of the best receivers of the ball in the NFL. He showed his class in the field for his excellent positioning while receiving the ball during his career of 13 years.
During his playing days he was being criticised as a player who had a very poor attitude towards the game, as he has walked out of the game even before the game has concluded. Whatever his attitude may be, he was someone who had the talent and the skill to produce some magical moves, which were appreciated by the crowd. His records on the field speak volumes about the player.
