BASED ON news reports of police cases recorded over the last few years, it's clear that Delhi is far from becoming a safe city for women. Women didn't feel safe in the 90s and 2000s and they still don't feel safe in 2012. Looking at the number of rape and molestation incidents that take place in the capital, it is an utter shame, as the authorities have not been able to do much to decrease crime against women. We only hear talk and no action - at least that's the perection about the police efforts in the capital.
