Refresh your memories at 'Vintage Indian Film Posters Exhibition' in Gurgaon
Rare posters of movies dating back to '60s and '70s are being publicized at 'Vintage Indian Film Posters Exhibition' organised in association with Galaxy Hotel Shopping & Spa.
THE EXHIBITION focuses on the famous and original advertisements used in theatres. Unlike today's digital photographs, these prints were hand made and printed in limited quantity, but with true colours.
The exhibition acknowledges the grandeur of the Indian Film Industry and people, especially Gurgaon residents shouldn't miss this by any chance. This could bring alive youthful memories of watching these films while bunking classes in schools and colleges.
Film stars on the posters looked little different but still one could make out which star has been drawn on the poster. Also drawing these posters involved lot of hard work on the part of artists. The exhibition is open to public from 1pm to 7:30 in the evening at Beanstalk, Galaxy Hotel and Spa in Sector 15 in Gurgaon till December 30.
