Respect, protection must be ensured for girl child
As our society is struggling with mounds of burning issues, it is the duty of government and judiciary to observe keenly the issues and facts related to molestation, rape and domestic violence and give them first priority.
BEING A citizen of democratic India every person has his/her own right to fulfill his/her wish without harming others. A good judgment was delivered by the Supreme Court regarding premarital sex, stating that it is not an offence but it is sad that the judiciary had to take example from mythology for the judgment of a case. In India, when we are in the process of accepting gay rights openly then why to interfere into one’s personal life. As our society is struggling with mounds of burning issues, it is the duty of government and judiciary to observe keenly the issues and facts related to molestation, rape and domestic violence and give them first priority. These are such issues which are polluting our society silently from the root.
Women and girl child need protection, respect and a strong administration to live a healthy life. Priority should be given to the cases related to rape and domestic violence just to save life of a distress woman, a victimised child.

Nice piece of writing. Premarital sex, gay sex... all these are the personel matter. Judiciary should be more strict and serious about the rape cases specially the cases related to girl child. Today also women are not safe in society and it is a very shameful thing that we have to promote 'respect woman' thing by TV advertisement. Some time....i feel it is a curse to be a woman.
