Right to equality: A need for general category
Looking back to earlier century when the ritual of untouchability was followed, that time yes the reservation for SC/ST, OBC etc so called minorities were needed because they were treated like they are not humans.

They were not allowed to drink water from same river, were not offered jobs with higher class people, but now days the game is reversed. Now its totally different from earlier centuries as now these minority people live in high class societies, travel all around the world in big cars, children study in India's top rated schools.

In short they live exactly the same life as of all other people but when it comes to admission in colleges, getting job or having appraisals these are the only people who are benefited. Two students studying in same school, coming through same vehicle, having their house in the same society but when it comes to taking admission in college, one with37 marks gets admission whereas other one having 107 does not get admission.

He has to struggle weather its appraisals in employment or getting a higher pay package. Is this a democracy of India? There is a law "Right to Equality" which in starting focused mainly on minority groups to help them get a status and a better life in the society but now days we require a proper use of it towards the general category.

Its not that reservation is not needed, obviously it's needed but in my opinion it should be on economic basis instead of based on caste system.
