Roshni Chopra won the NDTV Imagine reality show Desi girl. She was in the finale with Ishita and Kashmira. In the Grand Finale Ishita got minimum votes among three finalists.

ROSHNI CHOPRA is the first Indian Desi Girl. Yes it's true and you have no need to be confused that how Roshni Chopra is the first Indian Desi Girl? Roshni Chopra won the NDTV Imagine reality show Desi girl. She was in the finale with Ishita and Kashmira. In the Grand Finale Ishita got minimum votes among three finalists, however she was on second spot till last counting.

The NDTV Imagine reality show Desi Girl was played at Sialba Majri, a village in Punjab. Aushima Sawhney, Sambhavna Seth, Monica Bedi, Anmol Singh and Rucha Gujarathi were also the part of the show but they all eliminated earlier. Desi Girl on NDTV Imagine was started on 21st May, 2010.

Concept of the reality show, Desi Girl was a different kind. All contestants had to live at Sialba Majri, a village in Punjab like other villagers. They had to do daily chores. All Pardesi girls had to convert into Desi Girl. Panchayat members of Sialba Majri and families of top 3 contestants make their presence in the grand finale of Desi Girl on NDTV Imagine.

Winner of the NDTV Imagine Desi Girl, Roshni Chopra won rs. 1 crore as prize money. TV and bollywood actor Rohit Roy hosted this six weeks long reality show. During the grand finale of Desi Girl at Sialba Majri, all 8 contestants participated performed various bollywood beats.

i dont think so that even a single dicision of gaon nikala was right.sambhavna and kashmera deserve the desi girl. roshni didnt did anything like to carry the gobber .she was making overacting .

Roshni is all fake,,in the full show she ws making all da nakras.....kashmera deservs the title desi girl.. still hav to say there were 3 strong contestnts,,kash,aushima n sambavna... its nt a fair decision .... stop mkng reality shws if dnt able to tk correct decisions.....

Roshni was not honest with her friend so how could she honest with Villagers. She is not deserving candidate. Kashmira and isshita played well by keeping in mind that they are good human being. But Roshni is Cheater . Indian audiance will never accept this. I agree with Prachi....Indian public voting dosent want her ............she is only MAjri Gir.......KASHMIRA AND ISHITA ARE INDIAN DESI GIRL AS PER INDIAN VOTING.
