Agreed, first of if we ask question on Right to Infrastructure do any one have answeres for this even after 50 years of Independence 1/3 of population don't have access to basic facilities, who need to be blamed for this sorry state, now see what happens to CWG who will take ownership to clear this mess, why public money wasted like this, Private schools are filling gap which Govt can't do, Govt comes & goes but who will bear the cost, let our Govn concentrate on brining transferency in all sctors things will start chaning itself, will Govn dare to do that.
