RTI plea filed in Pragya Thakur case
A Janadhikar activist has requested for a copy of the chargesheet, copies of documents necessitated to arrange arrest warrant and copy of affidavit given by Sadhavi Pragya Thakur blaming the police of manhandling while she was in custody.
ON SENSING violation of human rights, Janadhikar activist Ajay Dixit put up an RTI petition to the Director General of Police, Maharashtra, raising finger at the arrest of Pragya Thakur in Malegaon blast case. In the RTI request, Janadhikar activist Ajay Dixit demanded the list of police personnel, (including the female police officers), copy of arrest warrant, three medical reports -- at the time of her arrest; at the time of taking her into police custody by ATS; and just before sending her to judicial custody by the court.
The Janadhikar activist said that he has also requested a copy of chargesheet, copies of documents necessitated to arrange arrest warrant, copy of affidavit given by Sadhavi Pragya Thakur blaming the police of manhandling while she was in custody. Dixit also requested for copies of documents submitted to the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) while seeking police remand. Dixit said that his next course of action will be after getting copies of requested documents. Possibilities of violation of human rights and political designs cannot be ruled out in this case, he said.

Can we have some forum or some committee of activist who can stop people who wastes water, like washing their car with water pipe or so. I am a resident of Gurgaon n facing a lot of water problem. I am against of installation of motor pump used for water. The supply is enough good but the people who uses the motor the supply is very less.

.In what way the society is moving only Parmeshwar cold protect. Though has been filed but I am in doubt that it would yield any result as it is being many times ignored by government personnel. UP Information Commission is also failing to cater the need.

.While commenting the report above appreciable, I am suggesting the government bodies to see as to why Saddhavi & others, if committed crime, what were the reasons. In my opionion politics is also behind.
.The issue is so senstive as it is perhaps the result of politics to demoralise the Hindus of this country. Points raised, if replied the STF Mumbai, shall yield some results of misdeeds of STF.

.Very very thanks Shri Shankaram for reporting on the issue. The way Shadhvi Pragya, Shri Purohit & others were treated is a clear cut reflection of not only treating alleged but a direct insult to the life life of the this country & whole episode is a great extent also reflect the violation of laws particularly to human right & rights to women in custody. The Afjalguru awaiting sentence to death materialised is also a clear cut picture of ill tempered politics of this pious nation. Janadhikar Activist Shri Ajay Dixit has done a good job.
