FORMER HARYANA DGP SPS Rathore, who has been sent to the prison for molesting a young girl has been denied bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, which deferred the decision on his revision petition in Ruchika Girhotra molestation case to June 29.

The case was adjourned by vacation judge Ajay Tewari, who had deferred the verdict on Rathore's petition. Rathore's lawyer Abha Rathore, who also happens to be his wife had filed a review petition on his behalf on May 26.

A day after Rathore's sentence was enhanced to one and half year in prison, Abha Rathore had filed a petition in the High Court seeking bail for him. Rathore has been convicted of molesting 14-year old Ruchika Girhotra, who was an upcoming tennis player.

Ruchika later committed suicide after her family was hounded by the top cop, who was in a position of power in Haryana. Her brother Ashu was also implicated in a number of false cases and Ruchika was forced to leave her school under undue influence.

I feel " PITY " for Mr Rathore. He must be feeling " BORED ", alone sitting in the cell. Rathore must file a petition to HC to send his Co Officers, Choutala and other Politicians to accompany him in jail for life.
