Ruling through dummies
Many leaders indirectly rule the country through their favourite dummies. This way, one does not have to face the ire of other people for lack of governance. Moreover, by ruling through dummies, one is both safe and secure.

THESE DAYS, leaders are trying to rule through dummies. This seems to have been started by Lalu Prasad Yadav. When he was sent to jail, he promptly made his wife, Rabri Devi, as the chief minister of Bihar and ruled the state. Then for some reasons, perhaps because of her foreign origin and the opposition thereto, Sonia Gandhi did not want to become the prime minister of India and made her dummy, Manmohan Singh, as the PM of India. Then, Asif Ali Zardari, who for some reasons, did not want to become the prime minister of Pakistan, made his dummy, Yousuf Raza Gilani, as the PM of Pakistan.

Thereafter, Vladimir Putin completed his two terms as President under the Russian Constitution and made his dummy as the president of Russia and is ruling Russia himself by becoming its prime minister. One is tempted to ask whether the presidential nominee for the presidentship of America, Hillary Clinton is not a dummy for Bill Clinton, former president of America, as there was a poster which stated Miss Bill, Vote Hill. However, Hillary does not seem to be accepted by her party for contesting the presidentship of America.

Now ruling through dummies can be a lot of help. For example, by praising Manmohan Singh for the excellent work done by him in the field of higher education and ignoring the human resource department (HRD) minister, Arjun Singh in this regard, Sonia only seems to be praising herself. Moreover, Sonia does not have to face the ire of other people for lack of governance because people like Buddhadeb Bhattacharya are apt to blame Manmohan Singh for failure to govern rightly. Moreover, Sonia is safe from all threats to her life. So, by ruling through dummies, one is both safe and secure.
