Sachin Tendulkar's blood opus: What a disgusting thought?
It is said that the proceeds from this book will be used for charity purpose by Sachin. A school is to be set up from the proceeds of this book. The total amount that would be collected by selling the book would be around Rs.3.6 Crores.
A LUXURY book publisher is coming out with a limited edition biography on Sachin Tendulkar which will have a ‘signature page’ made from the master blaster’s blood. This limited edition biography will have unpublished family pictures of and previously unprinted thoughts about Sachin. There will just be 10 copies printed and is expected to cost around $75,000 that is about Rs.36 lakh. Sachin would not have been what he is today without the fan following around the globe. There are many good players in different games but only few get the adulation like Sachin. Have you ever wondered if biographies of Swami Vivekananda or Mahatma Gandhi were made expensive? Their thoughts would not have travelled far and they would not have achieved their goal in enlightening the people with their belief. Only a few could have been blessed and this would never been their goal. Likewise Sachin today is respected not only for his role in Cricket field but off field also. His fans would be more than happy to help him in his charity mission. I therefore request Sachin on behalf of all his fans to share his thoughts and belief with each one of us and to price his book economically. Sachin, let there be no blood on book, if you want to donate then donate blood for a worthy cause.
