Samsung Galaxy S III is selling for Rs 4,280 less on online stores
The much-awaited Samsung Galaxy S III is comparatively cheaper on online stores when compared to the maximum retail price of the company.

INDIA HAD been eagerly awaiting for the official MRP of Samsung Galaxy S III to be announced, which happened to be Rs 43,180. It surprised many, and angered a few, who had set their budget apart in order to lay their hands on this new smartphone. The price is comparable to the premium Apple iPhone 4S, which is its immediate competitor. Apple's 16 GB model costs Rs 44,000. But Indian mobile buyers were disappointed with the new Galaxy S III pricing, and people have been debating about the high pricing on various social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

But in the competitive e-commerce space, there is a sense of respite for people who are eager to buy the product on online retail stores. There is a huge difference between the MRP and the selling price at such online stores. Junglee.com, and Tradus.in have the best deals among all the online stores, which were initially giving away the stylish smartphone at Rs 36, 900, reported firstpost.com. At this price, it was Rs 6,280 less than the MRP. But now these stores have also increased the price to Rs 38,900. Still, the price difference is big.

As far as shipment of the product is concerned, online stores such as zoomin.com, sulekha.com, and homeshop18 would be taking up to 7 days but there is no shipping cost. In fact, many stores are promising free shipping. The pricing seems to have become standard on online stores with Rs 38,900 being followed by most of the stores.
