THERE HAS been a lot of speculation on the internet today on Sandra Bullock divorce plans, with gossip suggesting that the Oscar winning actress is divorcing her husband Jesse James. Soon after her Oscar win, reports had surfaced that her husband had been having an affair with tattoo model Michelle McGee.

Representatives for Sandra Bullock have pointed out that the actress is meeting with several lawyers for counsel, but have denied that she is in the process of having a divorce. They have also said that her husband West Coast Choppers' Jesse James has also met with lawyers, but there are no plans of the couple breaking up their five year marriage.

Meanwhile, there are newer allegations coming in of Jesse James having a second affair. Mellisa Smith, a heavily tattooed stripper has alleged that she too had an affair with Sandra Bulock's husband for several months. She has alleged that she met Jesse James via Myspace.

Melissa Smith in an interview has claimed that she would visit James at the West Coast Choppers headquarters in Long Beach, California every few months, where they were intimate. She said she last met him in 2009.

Even as the Jesse James affair starts becoming similar to the Tiger Woods scandal last year, Other reports speak of several cases against him involving women. In 2007, a female executive of West Coast Choppers was paid $700,000, when she had threatend to sue him for making advances against her. Another, Deann McClung, had filed an "employment complaint" against Jesse James in Los Angeles in April 2000, but her case was finished due to prejudice in 2001.
