Saudi Arabian airline cabin crew deliver a baby in flight, pose for photos
Airhostesses aboard a Saudi Arabian airline flight en route to New York from Jeddah helped a woman deliver a baby, after she unexpectedly went into labour.

The flight time from Jeddah to New York is almost 12 hours and when the woman went into labour the plane was already seven-and-a-half hours into the journey.

However, everything went on smoothly and the baby was delivered without panicking. The flight had to make an emergency landing at the Heathrow Airport in London after the delivery. The pilots of the Boeing 777 aircraft declared emergency when the aircraft was above Northern Ireland.

The aircraft dumped fuel before making a safe landing at Heathrow at around 11.10 am on Wednesday morning. On landing the mother and baby were both taken to the hospital by emergency services.

The airlines later shared pictures of the cabin crew with the new born on social media. In the picture there is a young boy who seems a bit too attracted to the newborn.
