Script of oath for new chief information commissioner

IN A few days from now, nation will get a new chief information commissioner. ‘Right-To-Information Act’ being a transparency act gifted to the nation by Manmohan Singh-government requires a basic change in script of oath to be administered to forthcoming new chief information commissioner. It should be an oath for transparency rather than prevailing practice for oath of secrecy.
In a move to propagate RTI Act, oath-taking ceremony for new chief information commissioner should be telecast live by Doordarshan. Even private news-channels should be requested to do so. Oath-taking ceremony in case of live-telecast should be either on some Sunday or in the evening so that people may feel convenient to watch suggested live-telecast of oath-taking ceremony.
