FINE ACTOR, Sean Penn pleaded no contest to vandalism in a Los Angeles court. He had a fight with paparazzi last year, the case finally ended as he was sentenced three year trial for his good behavior in coming years.

With his three years trial he will attending 36 hours of anger management sessions which is a part of a plea deal with prosecutors. Now if he breaks any regulations during his trial, then he would be sent to jail.
Moreover, Sean Penn was also ordered to perform 300 hours of community service, which can be carried out through an organization he created for Haiti earthquake victims, as Penn is currently in Haiti. A restitution hearing is scheduled for July 8.
Sean Penn’s lawyer Richard Hirsch, has said that "Prolonging this matter in the court system would not have been in Mr. Penn's best interest and would've distracted from his charitable commitments, specifically his work with the J/P Haitian Relief Organization", "Accordingly he has decided to accept the plea terms and move on."
