Self-teach yourself for a non-reactive life to be happy
Many spiritualists, philosophers and thinkers hold that the world at large is reactionary and will always remain full of woes, pains, fears, disdain and strife.

One cannot change the world; rather one can change oneself to take one's own life in one's own hands. In other worlds, we have to turn inwards to change our own mind which is faculty of thoughts, feelings and awareness which incidentally has learned to be reactive.

First and foremost, we have to understand our non-physical existential aspect residing behind our mind that triggers our reactions to the others and material world – people, things, situation and worlds.

To be brief, I explain the tenet of non-reactive happy life through an ABC poem which subscribe for taking an objective view of our present state of mind and re-educate it by one-self.

A: Awareness about mind, its formation and its content

B: Being self-observant and self-reactive

C: Concern and aim should to know our true-self

D: Don't judge others, and don't curse situations and circumstances – let go all

E: Educate and train mind to be non-reactive and equipoise
