Seychelles: A cultural destination in nature's lap is equally good for serious hiker tourists and holidayers
Among the tourists, Seychelles is a well-known cultural destination in natural settings for those who connect life and learning. And, those on the lookout for relaxation and pleasures through holidaying are after spas, night clubs, bars, entertainments, food and sun-bathing on the sea beaches in the country full of islands. Recently, my kin visited this country of islands to unwind and relax in a fun-filled environment.

The visit to Seychelles Natural History Museum in Victoria makes you to learn about the unique nature and geology of the islands. Also, Hindu Arulmigu Navasakti Vinayagar Temple in the city is beautifully decorated and the ceremonies of the temple are interesting to watch.

The ruined village of Cap Ternay, located in Mahe can be enjoyed with a guide or gaining some prior knowledge of its history. And, those who are interested in nature, the national park and nearby world heritage site that have amazing flora and fauna. Here you can collect the world's largest seed called the coco de mer.  Also, the main island of Mahe has several museums, a botanical garden, and many national monuments to visit.

Numerous beaches on the Seychelles sea have very many  good for activities other than swimming and tanning wildlife sightseeing  along with aquatic life consisting of  ghost crabs, leaping blennys, flying fish and many other water species.

One can enjoy water-sports on board a yacht, power boat, catamaran or sailboat. Windsurfing is also popular and the best time for this activity at the time of the trade winds. Scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing are also extremely popular activities.

Another place for visit by the nature lovers is Aldabra Atoll that homes world's largest coral atoll, giant land tortoises, tiger sharks and manta.

For holidayers, there are markets, art galleries and shops, plantation houses. Visitors invariably buy spices that are all grown locally.
