Shahrukh Khan feels like never visiting US again
Shahrukh Khan said that he felt hurt for being treated shabbily at the Newark airport in New Jersy just because he happened to have Khan as a surname. Trying to downplay the incident, he said that he would not seek an apology from the US officials
AFTER BEING detained at the Newark airport in New Jersy, Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan says that he feels like never visiting US again but the love and affection of his fans would bring him again and again.
The actor said that he felt hurt for being treated shabbily just because he happened to have Khan as a surname. Khan, however, tried to downplay the incident, saying that he would not seek an apology from the US officials.
Moving straight to the venue of the function being held at the luxury Trump Tajmahal hotel in Atlantic city, Khan apologised to the fans for reaching late at the event. He then told the audience about the ordeal, he suffered at the Newark airport, stunning the audience.
The Bollywood superstar also said that despite the humiliation by the immigration authorities, he will come back to the US again and again due to the love and affection of the his fans in the country.
He termed the conduct of the officials as unprofessional as they did not allow him to contact the local organisers for two hours.

.I am a US citizen of Indian origin and I even go thru this. After 9/11, things have changed. Easist thing is to answer all question and be calm about it. Noting personal. I am not a muslim nor my last name is Khan, however I have a skin color different and do not look like them. Just because it is SRK it's a big deal. WHY SHOULD US CUSTOMS OFFICER KNOW IS SRK? WHY? He was visiting a county which has become paranoid of Middle easterns, Asians and Arabs so do not be surprised if you have to give more answers. YOU - SRK - are not special.
.Any kind of discrimination on the basis of one's religion is not at all acceptable and I strongly protest against the treatment that SRK received in USA.
.This is routine compared to USA refusing Visa to a democratically elected Chief Minister of an Indian State twice. When GoI did not react and media was almost happy, if not openly jubilant at that time, the reaction this time is surprising
.All that would have happened is SRK being asked whats your name and what u doing in USA and Badshah replying My Name is Khan, Shooting in US of A. Rest is story for Karan Johar, rope in Angelina Jolie for a return gift and result box office history.
