One may recall Shakira's highly popular 'Waka Waka' video of FIFA's official song during the 2010 World Cup. This time, Shakira's song is an upbeat and energetic samba Brazilian track. In the video titled 'La La La (Brazil 2014)', Shakira, 37, can be seen dancing in a black skirt.
Many fans have felt that “La La La (Brazil 2014)”
was not as catchy as Waka Waka song but it is well received by the
viewers. It has been released on the same FIFA-sanctioned album as
“We Are One,” but it was not the official song, it is reported.
According to Shakira, her video is a small
contribution to highlight the outstanding work, the World Food
Programme is doing to fight hunger across the world.
Singers of many countries have released their own
cheering songs for their favourite teams.
For example K-Pop artists
of Korea are singing and chanting "Dae Han Min Guk” to support
their national football team.
