Shashi Kapoor turns 76 today
Bollywood lovers across India may not know who Balbir Raj Prithviraj Kapoor is, as he is better known in the bollywood circles by his name, Shashi kapoor, who turns 76 today. His famous dialogue, ''Mere pas maa hai,'' still rings in the ears of his fans worldwide. He was destined to be an actor and faced the camera as a child artist in Meena. He was also honoured with Padma Bushan, India's third highest civilian award in 2011. He has acted in 175 films.
