Knowing the actress' penchant for controversy, the director of the film, Rupesh Paul, did not want to court trouble by hurting the sentiments of the various political parties of the country and hence decided to shoot abroad. According to Hindustan Times, the director is in Los Angeles and wants to hire a studio there.
Chopra created history as she became the first Indian to pose for Playboy. The lady is the protagonist for Kamastura and since we are in the 3D age, the film is also being shot with the same technology. Paul is also known in the international circle for his 3D film 'Dracula' that he premiered at Cannes Film Festival at the starting of the year and he wants to premier his second film Kamasutra on the same platform.
Thus, in spite of earning her fame in an unconventional way, Chopra finally reached the point in life where a lot of actresses want to reach.
