These are the people for whom the proverbial glass is always “half empty”. Infact they are so depressing so noxious that they not only miss the rainbow after a rainy day but they also miss the splendour of the rainy day itself. Everybody ‘of course’ would like to be away from such people but the fact is they are an inevitable part of the life. However even though it is not viable to avoid such energy vampires, we can defend ourselves from their desolate world view and pessimism and embrace life without depressive interruptions.
Positive Energy Shield- positive energy is like a perfectly alignment of emotion, thoughts and behaviour for e.g. a dinner party full of like minded people whose thoughts intellect and conversation match your own ,where there is no threat of being dragged into the under current of jealousy, enmity or bitterness. There is only the feeling of inspiration. To guard ourselves from being falling into the victim of a negative trigger visualize yourself being encircled by a protective shield which is active but in a dimmer switch and would be up full force and activated to the optimal brilliance in a lackluster situation. You can entrap yourself by the power force of golden vibes and protective love – when you feel the need. Though we cannot see this protecting light we can sense it.
Bad vibe protection is the most vital part of life else our own subtle energy become inactive and weigh us down. Aside from the energy shield we must learn to submit ourselves to the “truth within us” (The Atman”) so that we can pursue our accurate life path. So just breathe out negativity and inhale positivity consciously. Besides we should always be in a process of gripping loving energy-which could be the unconditional cuddle of your mother, the innocent love of your child as it cozy up to you or the sound of voices joining in accord in a spiritual gathering.
Even though we are in all these processes still we become the quarry of murky sentiments. Humour is the best option to alleviate them. Also remember to vanquish your own fears by liberating yourself from repugnance. Identify your limitations, face them, embrace them, and then say good bye to them. Trust your spirit about danger and choose your actions astutely. Besides these “feel good advices” use common sense, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly and commune with nature.
Energy begets energy. This is a reflection of physiology but also explains emotions. What you give out is what you receive. So send out enough positivity, you may compel it into the negative person’s shield and wind up helping them as well.
