Shiv Sena critical of SRK, Aamir on IPL players issue
COMMENTS FROM Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan on the inclusion of Pakistan cricketers in Indian Primer League have irked Shiv Sena. The Sena has asked both the Khans to appologise for their irresponsible comments.
COMMENTS FROM Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan on the inclusion of Pakistan cricketers in Indian Primer League have irked Shiv Sena. Sena said that both the actors should go to Pakistan and play there.
It seems that these positive comments on Pakistan players enraged Shiv Sena to make an attack on a local multiplex in Thane, which exhibited Shahrukh's poster for his upcoming film, My Name is Khan. Sena activists chanted slogans against the Bollywood actors. It is also known that Shiv Sena activists have asked multiplex owners not to screen his film until Sena gives them the permission to do so.
Sena leaders said, if Aamir and Shahrukh are that much interested in Pakistan players, they should go and play in Pakistan and not in India.
Earlier in an auction of players for IPL, Pakistani cricketers were deliberately excluded, though they were allowed visa to India. It was criticised that IPL authority blocked entries of Pakistan players in IPL due to pressure from Indian government.
In response, Shahrukh Khan, co-owner of Kolkatta Knight Riders said he truly believed that Pakistan players should have been chosen. Later on, Aamir Khan also commented in the similar tone. Aamir Khan, hero of one of the most successful Bollywood films, 3 Idiots opined that if he would have owned an IPL team, he would have picked up players based on their merit and not considering their nationality.

.Shiv Sena should not drag such issue of sports. It the sentiments of individual as to whether one want any country's player to play or not. I being hindu advocate that players from any country should not be banned. This does not reflect well on the secular country like India. India can not be compared at par with Pakistan and this fect is well understood by whole world. To link it with film is rubish. Shiv sena is losing its ground from all over the India first in the case of north indian so many other episods. The time is comming whether Shiv Sena will change its attitude if good sence pervails otherwise the result will be otherwise and ultimately they will lose their ground in Maharastra itself. At this time they are not viewing the future of Shiv Sainiks putting up out side Maharastra. Jai Hind. India belongs to all legitmate Indian.

.yss I am agree with u. Pak players like Sohail Thanveer and Umar Akmal are the big loss of this IPL. Lalith modi and the central Gov responsible for the exclusion of Pak players from the IPL. The undemocratic organisations like shiv sena, MNS should be banned...
.yes, these internal terrorists like MNS and SHIVSENA needs to be eradicated by central government as state government probably don't have any control over these terrorists. If not then we would soon have another division and another neighbour country like pakistan.

.My vote for SRK. Any citizen attacked by any politician will have my full support. Politics is all about the people not politicians. When people leave politics to politicians this is what we get. All politics should belong to people. Don't let failed politicians control politics.
.Shiv Sena are making the issue to be patriotic though they are opposing on the base of Religion discrimination. They forget that the PREAMBLE of the INDIAN CONSTITUTION says WE THE PEOPLE and not we the Hindus.... Indian culture is considered the best among the world. India is a democratic country, the Country of the People and not only the country of Thakre and Shiv Sena.... They need to understand and apologize in front of Mr. ShahRukh Khan and the media. Or else better to name themselves as Terrorists rather than naming Shiv Sena.... Perhaps they still don't understand the meaning of Shiva.... and After making such comments if they still think they are Shiv's sena, then They need to study from primary classes again. And I am not sorry for making any such comment coz Its not the matter of SRK but Its matter of HUMANITY.... and when I was born, I was Human.... and so everybody is.
Burning posters of 'MY NAME IS KHAN' does proves that their view is not patriotic but against the Islam Religion. and Still If Its not yet understood by the public and media.... Then Sorry to say we were ruled by Britishers till 1947 and maybe now by Shiv Sena...... !!!
