AN EMERGENCY meeting of the working committee of Jammu and Kashmir Shri Ram Sena was held under the chairmanship of Rajiv Mahajan, president of Shri Ram Sena, where the members have strongly criticised the statement of Omar Abdullah, Chief Minister of J&K state, who has asked the Central government for the withdrawal of AFSPA.
While speaking in the meeting, Mahajan said that state government should understand the present and past situation of Kashmir. It is well known to everybody that without the deployment of army especially in Kashmir province, the situation shall worsen.Shri Ram Sena warned the Chief Minister not to make any kind of efforts for the withdrawal of AFSPA which will hamper smooth functioning of security forces. Shri Shri Ram Sena said it will launch an indefinite agitation the country to oppose the Chief Minister's demand for the withdrawal of AFSPA.
