Shri Ram Sena criticizes State Govt. for dual policy
Shri Ram Sena, Jammu and Kashmir, has strongly criticized the state government for meting out step-motherly treatment to the public of Jammu region.

TAKING SERIOUS note of the dual policy treatment meted out to toppers of Jammu division for not being provided the same weightage in respect of awards given to Kashmir division. This is live instance of the recently held prize distribution function at Srinagar to honour all the toppers of Jammu and Kashmir, where the toppers from Kashmir division were provided with medals and cash prizes ranging from 7000 to 10,000 but the toppers from Jammu division were provided with medals only.

Rajiv Mahajan state president Shri Ram Sena criticized this attitude of the state government in general and education department in particular to use two different yard sticks to measure the gravity of awards given to contenders of two different regions of state.

Rajiv Mahajan described it a shameful act of chief minister Omar Abdullah and education minister who were also present on the occasion and double standard was used in their presence in distributing medals and cash prizes from the same stage to contenders of different division of Jammu and Kashmir.
