Shri Ram Sena demands local VC for Central University in Jammu
Rajiv Mahajan said if a person from Jammu is not engaged at the post of VC in Central University at Jammu, it shall be show the discriminatory attitude of the state government towards the people of Jammu province.
PRESIDENT SHRI Ram Sena (SRS), Jammu-Kashmir, Rajiv Mahajan has demanded appointment of a local Vice Chancellor (VC) for Central University (CU) in Jammu. Addressing a meeting of sena workers, Rajiv said that in our neighboring states as well as Kashmir Province, the post of Vice-Chancellor of Central University has been filled by a local person as VC, therefore the post of the VC of the CU at Jammu, should also be filled by a local, in the interest of the people of Jammu. Rajiv appealed to the government of Jammu and Kashmir to appoint a local person from Jammu as a Vice-Chancellor of the Jammu Central University to avoid discrimination. Among those who were present in the meeting include Manu Pratap Rana Secretary General, Bal Krishan Arora Secretary, Vinay Gupta Vice President, Deepak Sharma Junior Secretary, Ajay Mahajan Samba President, Vicky Kumar Youth President, Parul Gupta Youth Vice President, Vijay Kumar Reasi President, Anil Chopra Industries President, Neeraj Gupta, Sunny Behal, Sharry Malhotra, Harry Malhotra, Vishal Khajuria, Anil Kohli, Vijay, Mangi Ram, Kuldeep Kumar, Raj Kumar, Kuldip Kumar Bakshi, Jai Pal, Anil Sanotra, Rajinder Bhagat, Raghvir, Krishan Gupta , Vijay Gupta, Pawan Choudhary, Narjodh Singh and Ashok Choudhary.
