Shri Ram Sena hails GoI's decision of abolishing interview system, demands removal of reservation system.

Jammu, Oct 30: Shri Ram Sena Jammu and Kashmir hailed the announcement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi that from January 1st next year, there will be no requirement of interviews for non-gazetted posts in Central Government departments.

In a press release issued here today, Sena state president, Rajiv Mahajan said that this move has paved way for genuine candidates to get selected easily as earlier the selection committee members would often select only blue eyed or those candidates who greased their palms. He said the new policy will put an end to the menace of corruption in jobs.

He also demanded removal of promotion system in government jobs based on reservation as this practice has made the inefficient employees superior to genuine and efficient employees, which is the main cause of today's failed work culture in government departments, Mahajan maintains.
