Rajiv Mahajan has said that the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has not made any kind of provision for technocrat engineers, diploma holders, J&K home guards, Anganwari daily wagers, and other casual employees of the other departments for the regularlisation of their services, who are sitting on Dharna, in the Mubarak Mandi Complex front of the office of Divisional Commissioner Jammu since long. 

Mahajan criticised the surrender policy of the government and expressed resentment to provide every kind of help to the surrendered militants to earn votes. He alleged that the government has not bothered to provide any kind of relief by way of regularization of the services of temporary, causal and other temporary employees of some departments of the state, who are peace loving Indians. Mahajan also appealed to all the causal, temporary, unemployed youth to unite and make the authorities see sense.
