At an event in Noida (NCR) Mishra said, "Innovative measures for solving the problems being faced by MSMEs like finance and marketing through a single-window time-bound clearance process will be adopted" as reported by SME Times.
Inaugurating a two-day work shop on Creating New Opportunities for MSMEs through Viral Cluster, which was organised by The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) at its Noida Campus on 6th and 7th June, 2014 Mishra highlighted the virtues of economic enterprises in revolving the social evils.
He also strongly encouraged all stakeholders to work with a sense of zeal and mission for achieving the twin-goals of self-reliance and independence representing the basics of entrepreneurship.
Virtual Cluster is a web-based portal which was launched on March 01, 2014 to enables the small business located anywhere in the country to register instantly and to avail prompt linkages with each other. It also facilitates the stakeholders to leverage the expertise of each other for their mutual growth and benefits.
Over 100 representatives of industry/MSMEs and those of educational/research/technical institutions; NGOs; professionals; chamber of commerce and industry etc. besides government official from different ministries/departments had attended the work shop, Said ministry.
MSME Secretary, Madhav Lal, in his key-lines urged the delegates to come out with a set of implementable suggestions and recommendations to take the concept future to make it a reality for all the stake holders.
Director General of NIESBUD, Arun Kumar Jha out lined the rationale of launching Viral Cluster and the process made in its implementation during the initial three months of its launch in his welcome speech.
