Snowfall in Florida an unusual weather event
The weather forecast has shown that Florida would experience severe chilled weather in the coming days and there is even a possibility of the temperature falling below freezing point. Chilly winds would flow and rainfall mught also occur in the night
IT HAS been confirmed that southern state of Florida is getting light snowfall this morning. The recent weather reports from National Weather Service Office have shown that here has been little snowfall in Volusia, Seminole, Orange and Lake Counties too. Florida last experienced snowfall in the year 1977.
 
The weather forecast has shown that Florida would experience severe chilled weather in the coming days and there is even a possibility of the temperature falling below freezing point. Chilly winds would flow and rainfall mught also occur in the night, even though Sunday afternoon is forecast to be warm.
 
There had been many reports from Florida of people seeing snow flurries and sleet on early Saturday morning. Bob Wimmer has referred to the weather condition as an "unusual weather event."
 
Further south, the weather forecast has warned of rainfall and temperatures in the afternoon in the 50s. They would drop down to mid 30s in the night.
