In many places children and adults traditionally tack paper fishes on each other's back as a trick and shout "April Fool".

On this day, various hoaxes are prepared by people, media and public institutions to create a non-serious social climate as well as seriously befool people.

However, the April Fools Day pranks and jokes should be harmless and should not hurt people physically and mentally. They should be pure fun, they shouldn't go too far. According to kkcb.com , we should make our pranks so simple so that nobody get hurts hurt.

In the UK, April Fools Day is celebrated in a big way with pranks and jokes. Often, a prank or a joke is revealed by shouting "April Fool" at the target after a bit of teasing. There is a rule that the joking ceased at mid-day or else, people will start taking some real things as jokes and remain non-serious throughout the day.  A person playing prank or a joke after mid-day is considered the "April Fool" himself or herself.

When somebody is able to smell that it is a prank and asks if this is an April Fool’s joke, you must immediately confess. Another rule is that pay pranks on kids below the age of nine. Never base your prank on serious and shocking lies or use of harmful chemicals in drinking and eating items. "If you’re going to pull a prank, make sure you’re ready to receive a worse one, and no whining when you do.  Everyone always tries to one up the other person.  Just keep your guard up," reported the website.
