Sonia Gandhi doesn't trust Indian surgeons

By choosing the doctors from the US to treat her ailments, Sonia Gandhi has only shown that she doesn't trust Indian doctors. Had she reposed faith in Indian doctors, she would have set an example and also doubled the faith of common people in their doctors.

SONIA GANDHI, Congress leader and UPA chief, it seems, doesn't trust Indian surgeons much, given the preference to get her ailments treated outside the country.

In the past, there have been cases when Indian surgeons have created records in various pioneering surgeries at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital or Apollo hospitals. And look at our leaders, who instead of knocking the doors of our own eminient surgeons, reach the United States, forgetting that most American surgeons are of Indian-origin.

If our top political leaders don’t trust their own countrymen/ doctors, then what will be the fate of the ordinary citizens? Should they (ordinary people) be left at their mercy, if you feel they are incapable of treating your ailements?

Recently, Ms Gandhi went to the US reportedly for the check-up and must have spent a huge amount from her pocket or from the party's fund/ public fund for the undisclosed ailment, which could be cancer. Does this want us to believe that she has her family surgeon of Italian-origin, who now lives in the US?

Though it is her choice but if she has chosen Indian surgeons, she would have set a good example and doubled the trust of Indian citizens in their doctors.
