IN THE LAST couple of years we have seen some spectacular handsets from Nokia and Sony Ericsson, the two stalwarts in the burgeoning mobile phone industry. Nokia needs no introduction – does it? The Finnish mobile major has been in the scenario for quite some time now and it’s releasing one after another model at a regular interval. I also personally liked the Nokia mobile phones some time back. But as of now I have lost interest in the Nokia mobile handsets completely. Some time back (7 months) I purchased a Nokia N-72. Since my purchase, it has been creating a lot of problems – the phone not only gets hung frequently but also takes significant amount of time for response. My brother told me not to go for that. Now I’m repenting for resorting to Nokia.
My brother has a Sony Ericsson W700i. Oh my God, it’s a superb phone. The walkman music player is the highlight of the phone. When it comes to music, I bet no one can come close to Sony Ericsson. Picture quality is also superb. On the other hand, even N72 is said to have the capabilities of freezing some solid moments, I hardly find them. Picture quality is grainy and music is inferior. Never go for Nokia. Thumps up Sony Ericsson!!!
