Sourav Ganguly wants to coach Indian team
It seems that Ganguly is missing cricket as he has expressed a wish to coach the Indian cricket team. Many of his former colleagues feel that he would do a good job.

IT IS almost four years since Sourav Ganguly announced his retirement from international cricket but his love and affection towards the game seems unending. Now the Bengal tiger has expressed his desire to coach the Indian Men's team.

One of the most successful captains in the history of the Indian Cricket, Sourav Ganguly, has expressed his wish to wear the Indian blue jersey once again not as a player but as a coach. Ganguly's new googly came as a surprise for many former cricketers but they believe he could do a credible job.

Atul Wasan, former cricketer of India says, “It is indeed a very good news, as he being from the field knows who is doing what and how they can improve their game. If he wants to get into coaching then it is a good news for everyone.” Ganguly, who once used to advocate the use of foreign coaches now believes that Indians are more suitable for the job.

According to a report by the nnis, Wasan also adds that Dada is a good man manager and highly respected among his colleagues and other new players. After the last year's World Cup win, Duncan Fletcher became the Indian coach on a 2 year contract but till date he has failed to deliver as Indian team has suffered a loss of 8 test matches during his tenure.
