South Asian Games 2010: India wins 174 medals
In the 2010 South Asian Games organised from January 29 to February 8,2010 in Dhaka India won the highest number of 174 medals. Pakistan came next with 80 medals while Bangladesh was the third on the list on the medal tally.

IN THE 2010 South Asian Games organised from January 29 to February 8,2010 in Dhaka India won the highest number of 174 medals. Pakistan came next with 80 medals while Bangladesh was the third on the list on the medal tally. In total  8 countries participated in the 2010 south asian games which included Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

 Indian win 90 golds, 55 silvers and 30 bronze medals. On the last day India win two golds and two silver medals in Table Tennis. Women's singles Table tennis final Maduarika Patkar won the gold medal beating Shamini. Male singles final Sumydeep A. Ray win gold medal. Ram Singh won the bronze medal in men's marathon .

Pakistan got 2nd position in 11th South asian games. Pakistan won 19 Golds, 25 Silvers and 36 Bronze medals.
