SRK wins 'screen tussle' with Ajay Devgan

Though Ajay Devgan has said that he has nothing against Shahrukh Khan, but it seems the former is trying to gain publicity by accusing Yash Raj Films of blocking screens for his film, Son of Sardar, which is scheduled to be released on November 13, same day when Jab Tak Hai Jan hits the theatres.

BOTH SHAHRUKH Khan and Ajay Devgan might be shouting it from the top of their roofs that there is no problem between them but subtle undertones, accidents and incidents always point towards the contrary.

The latest being the war of Son of Sardar and Jab Tak Hain Jaan. For all the Shahrukh Khan fans, do not fret as this time it was not the king of Bollywood who initiated the fight. In fact in his own words the fight was actually 'silly and strange.'

One can always make out that King Khan is calling Devgan 'silly and strange' but that would be negative publicity, on which we thrive so we won't go there. However, the war of words and action due to their clash of release on November 13 has been sorted out with the Competition Commission Of India (CCI) rejecting plea of Ajay Devgn Films Pvt Ltd (ADF) that the Yash Raj Films (YRF) was using its dominant position to get more screens for Jab Tak Hain Jaan.

Even if the allegations were true, was Devgan actually thinking that Son of Sardar would beat Jab Tak Hain at the opening, that too with the untimely demise of Yash Chopra?! However, as the matter somehow got resolved, SRK's choice of words on the incidents was that it was a free market and not "monopolistic". It is a little cruel as we all know that when it comes to romance SRK does have a monopolistic market and end number of attempts from Devgan by incorporating Salman and Sanjay for a song cannot actually win against that.
