SSC recruitment 2010: 10,000 vacancies declared
The staff selection commission put up a advertising stating the recruitment of data entry operators and lower division clerks (LDC).
THE STAFF Selection Commission put up a advertising stating the recruitment of data entry operators and lower division clerks (LDC). There are approximately 10,000 vacancies to be filled in and the selection will be made on the following criteria.
Number of vacancies: Yet to be announced Age limit: 18-27 Salary pay scale: Rs 5,200-20,200. Grade pay is Rs 2,400 Qualification: 10+2 For Lower Division Clerks: Number of vacancies: Yet to be announced Salary pay scale: Rs 5200 to Rs 20200. Grade pay is Rs 1900 Qualification: 10+2 The selection will be made on the basis of written examination on 31/10/2010. There will be two stages in it viz written examination (Multiple Choice Objective Type) and skill test in data entry/typing on computer at prescribed speed (which will be qualifying in nature). Skill test will be carried out on computer only.The application fee is Rs 100 and SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-Serviceman are exempted from fee.
