The silicon implants technique which was used till date for increasing one’s breast size had many contraindications associated with it. Like it never looked natural, came with limited life and in rare cases there were incidents of implant shifting its place.
 

But the stem cell technique gives a greater breast size with the help of naturally-occurring regenerative cells. Fat is taken from the patient's hips and thighs by tumescent liposuction and processed to extract the regenerative cells.
 
The procedure is now available in the US.  A report said Dr Arthur Handal, MD., F.A.C.S., a certified American Board of Plastic Surgery surgeon performed the first such breast augmentation on January 18, at Handal Plastic Surgery in Boca Raton, Florida.
 
Dr Handal is part of Stem Cell Assurance, Inc., the first company in the US which will provide “full-spectrum adult stem cell services” to consumers.
 
Dr. Handal told the Fox news, "Today is a defining moment in breast augmentation surgery. The offering of this pioneering procedure through a collaborative national physician network is an important milestone that marks major improvement on current technology and the way in which it is delivered to the patient."
 
Stem cell enriched fat grafting helps in enlarging breasts without introducing any foreign material in the body. The procedure gives longer lasting results than traditional breast augmentation procedures.
 
Another advantage of the procedure is that you also get rid of fat from areas where it is unwanted. Through liposuction fat is sucked out from thighs or hips and implanted in the right place to give a positive cosmetic appearance.
 
The only disadvantage cited by the doctors is that some of the re-implanted fat is reabsorbed by the body within a few months.
 
The new technique is surely going to be the most sought after procedure for celebrities, models and women in the glamour profession world wide.
