Following the untimely demise of one of the most revered personalities of the world, Steven Paul Jobs, co-founder of Apple Inc., on October 5, the world finds itself mourning over the loss of possibly the greatest innovator of our time.
CEO, an ardent visionary and a perfectionist, he developed the greatest products that changed the way people perceived music, movies and computer industries all together. A like-mined person himself CEO Mukesh Ambani, chairman of India’s largest private sector company Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), expressed his condolences and a token of thought in honor of his contemporary, like many other leaders of the global corporate sector.
Sharing his thoughts on Steve Job's legacy, Ambani opined that the Apple founder was possibly the greatest innovators whose ideas and innovations forever changed how people across the globe think about and use technology. “I would also consider him as one of the greatest 'Reinventors'. Through his ingenuity he reinvented many businesses - fundamentally and radically. He not only changed the game but also in the process changed the rules,” expressed the RIL head.

Sharing a mutual love for innovation and perfection, Mukesh Ambani held Steve to be an innovator who always questioned how things can be done profoundly differently. “His bias towards changing the world was infectious,” believes Mukesh Ambani.
A curious innovator, a trendsetter and a modern revivalist, there are many adjectives that stand synonymous to Steve’s being. His bequest is there for the world to see and cherish for many years. Many innovators and visionaries will take inspiration from him and his beliefs. Like Mukesh Ambani noted, “His boldness to take on the impossible has inspired many and will continue to do as the world learns to live without him.” In the end, RIL CEO considers Steve’s Jobs life ‘well-lived’.
