ESPN FORMER baseball analyst Steve Phillips, whom ESPN had fired last year, revealed in an interview today, that he had a sex addition problem in August. Steve Philips admitted this in an exclusive interview with The Today Show host Matt Lauer on Monday. The analyst has has recently ended a 45 day rehab stay for sex addiction at Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services clinic, the same sex clinic that Tiger Woods was in.
Since Steve Philips left the Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services clinic in Hattiesburg, this is the first time that he has spoken publicly on the issue. He admitted that he came to know about he sex addition habit in August last year. Post the affair coming to light, ESPN had fired Steve Philips on October 25, 2009.
Phillips, who was allowed back in his home by his wife said, he is working to save his marriage. He also said that he is ready to take responsibility for the mistakes he had done.
