Still many questions remain unanswered in Arushi case?
The Arushi Talwar murder mystery became the most mysterious and talked about murder case in the nation and many people found the behaviour and conduct of Arushi's parents doubtful and full of suspicion and that's why they never got a clean chit.
THERE WERE several questions which put the Talwar couple in the dock from the day one when the news of Arushi Talwar and her servant Hemraj's murder in their home started making headlines in all leading dailies and news channels of this nation. There have been allegations that this crime could be a result of a friendly relations between Arushi and Hemraj which Talwars might have objected to and later killed both as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) too, had said in its closure report to the CBI court. The CBI said that on the day of murder there were no evidence of any outsider getting inside the home that too forcibly or by any other means. So, this must be the work of insiders who were present on the crime scene and being intellectuals they didn’t fled from the scene of crime in order to prove themselves innocent. It was May 16, 2008 when the murder took place at the residence of Dr Rajesh Talwar at Jalvayu Vihar, Noida with the throat of 16 year old Arushi slit and the servant Hemraj was found missing at first instance. Subsequently, a post-mortem was conducted on Arushi Talwar’s body on May 17, 2008 and it was said that the domestic servant Hemraj committed the crime and fled to his village. Later, the police recovered the body of Hemraj from the terrace and then the needle of suspicion went towards the dentist couple, who then asked for the CBI investigation into the case so that truth could be unveiled and they also accused the Uttar Pradesh Police of not handling the case properly and also that they had no faith in UP police. Following this the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Mayawati, handed over the case to the CBI on June 1,2008 and since then it is the CBI which has been doing all the investigations in the case. The CBI officers were very clear in their theory and the line of investigation from day one as they also sought some answers from the Talwar couple which they couldn’t reply satisfactorily. The questions which need to be answered till date are: 1- Why they called on the doctor who conducted the post-mortem of Arushi Talwar? 2- What was the hurry to cremate the body of Arushi when even the close relatives were not there? 3- Why did they not return from the Modinagar area where their cell phone record puts and they told the police that they had reached Haridwar? 4- Why they did not identify the body of Hemraj? And why they were misleading the agencies from day one? 5- Why were the keys of Arushi room found hanging on a key stand at that night? 6- How they were able to tell the exact time of death to a pundit who performed last rituals at Haridwar? 7- Why they were not able to hear any voice when two murders took place just in a room adjacent to their bedroom? 8- Who cleaned private organs of Arushi as asked by the CBI and who changed her clothes? 9- When nobody came in, then how two members got killed in a house that was locked from inside? 10- Why Talwar couple refused to undergo a Narco test? 11- Who switched off the internet connection of Arushi Talwar around early morning? I still feel that these murders are a part of larger conspiracy. There must be something fishy somewhere otherwise no parents can murder their daughter for a cause which cannot harm their lives or prestige. This couple needs to be investigated further so that the nation gets to know the real truth behind this gruesome murder. Every murder has some motive and that’s the only thing which is missing here till date from all angles.

There is something fishy about this murder. The accused parents didn't seem to react much in the interviews or in the press. They stayed very calm all the time,even on the day after the murder and even today,how can they be so 'normal' knowing that their 'daughter' has been murdered ! Why dosen't the cbi seek help from the foreign countrys coz this case has to be solved. We need to know the truth.
There is no truth in the eyes of her parents. The parents are the culprits adn their face and eyes clearly showing that.These are the people whose priority id their ego and respect than their loved ones life. the truth will not come out till they open their heart.
