Storm heads towards Brisbane
As per the prediction by the Bureau of Meteorolgy severe thunderstorms with large hailstones, flash floods and high intensity winds can also be expected at Logan, Gold Coast City, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Somerset and Redland Council areas.

REPORTS SUGGEST that a storm is heading towards Brisbane in Queensland in Australia. The Bureau of Meteorology has already issued storm warnings and has stated that it might bring large hailstones, flash floods and high intensity winds. It is expected to hit the northern regions of Brisbane.

As per the prediction by the Bureau of Meteorology severe thunderstorms can also be expected in the Central Highlands and Coafields, Maranoa and Warrego districts by this afternoon, Tuesday, December 22. It is expected to also hit places like Roma, St George, Bollon, Mitchell, Dirranbandi, Goondiwindi, Inglewood, Injune and Miles.

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the entirety of Queensland - apart from Brisbane the warning also applies to people in Logan, Gold Coast City, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Somerset and Redland Council areas.
