Strengthening India's voice for budget private schools
The two-day workshop starting June 13 will provide insight and lessons on first generation learners and their needs and variables for delivering quality education and effective lesson plans to increase student performance. Open discussions will build sustainability practices and highlight future training needs to address quality improvement and government accountability.

THE CENTRE for Civil Society in partnership with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation will bring delegates representing over 5,000 low-fee and budget private schools across 12 states together at the YMCA in Connaught Place, New Delhi, for the National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA) two-day workshop, begining from Wednesday, June 13

NISA offers teacher training and capacity building tools to improve quality education and address concerns about government regulations and laws such as the recognition norms (i.e. all weather planning, one classroom per teacher, and playgrounds, etc.) under the Right to Education Act.

The two-day workshop will provide insight and lessons on first generation learners and their needs and variables for delivering quality education and effective lesson plans to increase student performance. Open discussions will build sustainability practices and highlight future training needs to address quality improvement and government accountability.
