Jokes apart, all the three stars, i.e., Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra as well as Karan Johar seemed pretty worked up as they talked to the press before the show. Karan was worried about his IQ and how he would fare in his GK test in front of the television. When asked he said, “We are very excited. In fact, all of us are not only excited and super excited but I know all of us are really nervous. To be on national television and you are being questioned about general knowledge and stuff that we are all meant to know. It's like the whole country would be watching your IQ level on display, and it is frightening. For me I have interacted with Amit uncle and I have known him since I was two years old but for all three of them it is all the more daunting.”

The stars were more awestruck before their impending meeting with the man himself, Amitabh Bachchan. Varun Dhawan, “I am excited to just sit across him and see how he goes. I don't want to answer the question as I just want to watch him ask the question.” Siddharth looked chilled out and was excited to play and win some molah. He said, “We don't know how much we are going to make but we just try to not make any mistake and we are actually very excited to meet him.” Alia, on the other hand, seemed nervous and quite jittery, and we got to know why when she said, “He is such a mega star and if we get just one piece of advice from him, I am sure we would be able to carry that for the rest of our lives.”
